When I was pregnant I spent so much time looking for the perfect diaper bag. And at first I was really underwhelmed with what I was finding. Most were bags I’d never want to carry, I couldn’t understand why it was so hard to make a cute diaper bag. Flash forward to now, with a four-month-old, and I’m realizing that not only do I want a diaper bag to be cute, but I also need it to be functional. I think I finally found one that’s both!

Crosby is 4 months old today! Where has the time gone?! Everyone tells you it goes by so fast but it’s unreal when you’re experiencing it. I feel like we were just bringing her home from the hospital. She’s been so fun this past month and is more interactive every day! She just started noticing Mackie and I can’t wait to see their relationship develop.

Packing for a trip, even a short one, can be daunting. I always worry I’m forgetting something or will want to wear something I didn’t bring. Add in an infant and I get even more overwhelmed. Just the thought of being out of our comfort zone is scary. I’ve learned it takes a lot of pre-planning, whether that be outfits or comforting things for Crosby. I picked up on a little trick after first weekend away with little miss that I wanted to share. continue reading

Today Crosby is three months old and I feel like we’re finally getting into a routine. One huge thing that changed this last month was I finally started taking her out on my own and now I feel comfortable and confident to head out on little excursions with her during the day. She also started sleeping through the night, (!!!) so I feel like I regained some sanity back there. I wanted to share all of our current favorite products from the last month. continue reading

Now that I’m a mom I’ve turned into a slight freak about germs. Like most new parents, anytime anyone comes over to see Crosby we make them wash their hands first. Now that she’s a few months old we’ve gone out and about quite a bit and the one thing that continues to give me peace of mind on our excursions is this cute little hand sanitizer Birdie from OLIKA. It literally goes everywhere with me and luckily it’s super cute! Not only is it a hand sanitizer but there is also a hidden pocket for wipes! I don’t know what I’d do without it. continue reading

Today I did an instagram takeover with 4moms for the release of their new breeze GO play yard. I wanted to share the photos here and a little about the product. It’s SO simple to assemble and perfect for the on-the-go family. It easily folds up into the carrying case which makes it perfect for travel, or just moving it from room to room around the house. We’re loving our breeze GO so far and will be able to use it for awhile since Crosby is so small.
