As of tomorrow, I have been blogging for one year. And while that does not make me an expert by any means ,I feel like I’ve learned a few things to pass down to new bloggers or someone who is wanting to start a blog. Here are five things you should have if you’re planning to start a fashion blog.
1. A dot com
As cute as your blog name may be, going to “my cute blog” dot wordpress dot com day after day seems unprofessional. If you’re going to take the time to start a blog, pay the $15 or whatever a year for a dot com. It’s so much cleaner and easier than spouting off a long url for an unsuspecting potential follower to remember. continue reading
Monday I started a “new” job. I put new in quotation marks because it’s back at Access Hollywood. You might remember I worked there from the time I graduated college until the beginning of October when I left for the job Celebuzz. Although I’m back in familiar territory, I’ve left producing for my dream job… styling. I am literally around all things fashion all day everyday and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Awards season is finally over! To officially close the red carpet season I did another Celebuzz fashion segment breaking down the best and worst of the night.
Check it out here.
Do you agree with my picks? Who were your favorites?
Thursday, Valentine’s Day, Topshop finally opened it’s doors at the Grove in Hollywood. I’d been waiting for them to make their way to the west coast for so long and was ecstatic they landed in Los Angeles. Anyway, that day my boss asked me to host a segment on their arrival in LA and even though I didn’t have any makeup or hair products on me (other than what I put on before I left the house), I went for it.
Check out the segment here.
What a week it’s been! Following the Grammys on Sunday I was asked to sit on two fashion roundtables Monday dishing trends and my picks for best and worst dressed at the show. So who did I love and who did I hate? Watch that segment on Celebuzz or Buzznet.
Check back soon to see the other panel!
And, who were your faves and hates of the night?
