Today Jeff and I are showing how men and women can wear the same tank top. We picked them up Saturday night in the men’s section of Target. Jeff is kind of a fan of the Brooklyn Nets and I just thought it was a cute top. We debuted our matching look yesterday at lunch with friends. Yes, we totally went out in public in the same tank.
Since the top is dark gray I brightened it up with these pink and orange shorts.
Jeff rocked his with seersucker, his signature Sperry’s and his new favorite hat… More on that in a minute.
The hat comes with a story, Saturday night we walked into a restaurant and Jeff immediately spotted a man wearing it. I got a seat on the patio and he went back in to compliment the hat and ask where he could purchase one (big ‘Back to the Future’ fan). The gentleman wearing it told him since he liked it so much it was his and gave it to him! He also said he worked for Universal and attended the premiere in 1985 where he was given the hat but this was his first time wearing it. Naturally, Jeff had to take a picture with him (his name is Avery and he’s darling).
