We’re officially in the homestretch of the longest year in history… at least that’s what it seems like. Usually once we hit Halloween the rest of the year flies by, I’m counting on that to happen even though the holidays are all going to be a little different this year. Today I’m sharing my September top 5, and for the first time since May, it’s entirely new items.
J. Crew Collarless Sweater Blazer – This sweater first caught my eye last year but I resisted buying until I saw it on sale this summer. It’s such a great staple and one I’ll wear most of the year. It’s extremely flattering and comes in several colors. If it’s not on sale and you’re looking to buy it keep checking back… they run sales all the time.
Toddler Leopard Converse – I purchased these for Crosby last fall and we’ve loved them ever since. They go with everything and are the cutest shoes. They run a little big (size down) and have lasted a full year. Sadly I think they’re finally too small but I’m definitely going to order in the next size up. They also come in bigger sizes for girls.
Target $8 Ribbed Tank – You know I love a good basic. This tank comes in lots of colors and can be worn so many ways. I have it in gray, white, black and olive green and wear them a couple times a week.
Sectional – The perfect size sectional if you don’t have a ton of space but still want to spread out. This is another item that goes on sale frequently so keep checking if you’re eying it.
Abercrombie Beach Romper – I bought this before our staycation last month and love wearing it over a swimsuit. It’s fully stocked in white and still available in most sizes in blue. A great summer staple… and it’s on major sale. I’d buy it now and save for next summer. I do want to note it runs very small. I have it in a medium.
