I’m really into peplum tanks right now, I also have this one (see how I wore it here) and love how flattering they are. I’m about 17 weeks and don’t quite have a bump yet, but the ruffle helps disguise the mini bump that can be confused for too much pizza. I’m loving olive for fall and wore this tank over the weekend in the desert. It was almost 100 degrees so while I was still in summer clothes I felt a little more seasonal at least in my color pallet.
First off, thank you so much for sharing in our excitement with our announcement on Instagram. It means so much to us to have so much love and support.
I know this outfit probably seems more spring or summer than fall, but when in Palm Springs! I couldn’t resist pulling out this white bell sleeved top for a visit to The Saguaro one morning. I got the top so late in the summer and haven’t really had a chance to wear it. That was kind of my clothing theme for the weekend, a summer clothes “last chance.” Like these coverups (one, two, there) and loved wearing them around the pool.
A few weeks ago we got a little burst of warm weather and I broke out this new swan dress for a Friendsgiving get together. Even though it was warm in the day I knew we’d be outside I brought this coat along thinking I’d throw it on when it got cold. Can you believe it never got cold enough for it? Outside in the middle of November. One of the many reasons I love California.
I rarely pick favorites but this was probably my favorite look from last month. Sometimes mixed prints end up looking like a mess and sometimes they just work. I may be crazy for pairing swans with leopard and a color blocked coat and then standing in front of this busy mural, but I’m loving it.

Can you believe it’s officially fall? I can’t, but our current heat wave isn’t helping the situation. I’m trying to find creative ways to sneak my new fall purchases into my daily outfits.
These shoes have been on repeat the last few weeks. They’re comfortable and perfect for work or house hunting (what my life consists of lately). Another new fall fav is this off the shoulder sweater. I’ve always been a fan of the look and can’t wait to pair this one with some pants… once the weather corporates.

Thank you so much for reading – hope your day is amazing!
As I mentioned yesterday, we are suffering through a crazy heat wave. I live a couple miles from the beach and it was over 100 degrees at my house yesterday… and I don’t have AC ! Anyway, because it’s too hot to do anything I’ve put together pieces that I’d still feel cool in – or at least thinking about them cools me off.
