The return of the white dress.

Last year I was all about the LWD – I mean, I was engaged so I guess I had a good reason to be. But I don’t plan on quitting them and I definitely don’t think it’s too early to debut them now, pre-spring.

Let’s talk about this one. It’s a similar style to my favorite “dress dupes” and it’s equally affordable at $32! If you’re a bride-to-be I think this would be so cute at a shower or wedding event.

I couldn’t let the dress take the full spotlight, I wore my new fringe heels in this nudey/blush color I can’t get enough of. I’m thinking this will be a combo I repeat and remix throughout the year.

As I wrote yesterday, over-the-knee boots are a big shoe trend this winter. I’m so obsessed with this under $100 pair (also seen here). There are just so many ways to style them but this might be my favorite.

It’s been cold lately… and I live in Orange County. I can’t imagine how all of you in really cold climates deal. This weather makes me want to curl up in sweats and a blanket and drink wine until it’s warm enough for sundresses. I love that these boots add another layer. They’re so high, they’re basically pants so you can get away with pairing them with a mini skirt in January. And if you’re still freezing just add tights!

This winter has been the season of the over-the-knee boot. I was a little hesitant at first because my legs aren’t that long and I worried about them hitting too high on me. But now I’m addicted. I searched for so long for a pair that not only was flattering but didn’t break the bank. I couldn’t justify spending nearly $1000.00 on a pair of boots I might be over before March. Not to mention Jeff would have killed me. 🙂

I finally settled on this pair. But I found several more for under $100 that are too good not to share!
