It’s safe to say we already know what the shoe of the fall season will be, the pointed toe lace up flats. They have been everywhere lately and aren’t going away any time soon. I first spotted a blush pair from M. Gemi, unfortunately they’re selling out so fast that I keep missing them. Luckily there are so many pairs that are just as amazing, I just bought this red pair and am thinking I need a leopard pair too. Which is your favorite?
I know we’re still a little over a week away from Thanksgiving, but the next month rest of the year is going to go by in the blink of an eye. I’m trying to keep track of everything and get all my shopping done (gift guide #1 and #2). Aside from gifts another thing to think about is what to wear to all the parties that fill up our weekends between now and New Years. Here’s my new little guide with three easy outfits that will cover all your bases.
When it comes to the office party I like to be festive but still conservative. A long sleeve dress with a fun embellishment is perfect for that. Swap your stilettos for a comfortable but still trendy pair of booties and you’re set.
Family parties are all about comfort. A festive sweater and pants are perfect for relaxing and overeating. Sequin joggers are my pick for this look, I have a pair I love wearing during the holidays (seen here and here).
When you’re celebrating with your friends you can go anyway you choose. My fav look is a long sleeve romper in a bold color. This red one is perfect for the season especially when you add gold accessories.
What a week it’s been! Following the Grammys on Sunday I was asked to sit on two fashion roundtables Monday dishing trends and my picks for best and worst dressed at the show. So who did I love and who did I hate? Watch that segment on Celebuzz or Buzznet.
Check back soon to see the other panel!
And, who were your faves and hates of the night?
