Happy 2017! With the new year come all kinds of fitness and wellness goals and with that comes new activewear. Or at least that’s how I see it. 🙂 Now that I’m in the third trimester I’m trying to make better health decisions. I have to admit, the first two trimesters I was eating whatever baby I wanted, which was definitely not the most balanced diet, consisting of lots of carbs and sugar. Live and learn, right? I’m also trying to be a little more active. There’s not much I can do workout wise at this point, but getting out and going for short walks everyday is something I’m trying to do more. I have much more energy throughout the day when I do and I know it’s better for mine and baby’s health in the long run. continue reading
