I didn’t think I was wearing enough blue lately so I packed this dress to wear over the weekend in La Jolla. I love the royal blue shade and will be wearing it more this spring and summer – it’s not maternity! I’m happy that the off-the-shoulder trend stuck around this year and can’t wait to wear some of my favorite OTS tops and dresses again.

A wrap dress is such a great wardrobe staple because you can wear them everywhere! This one is great if your office is on the dressier side, but it’s also fun to play with too. I accessoriesed it up here while I was in New York last month with a fun clutch and rose gold sandals. It’s jersey material so it’s light weight and comfortable for a day of running around.

I’m planning on taking it into fall with a few simple tweaks like adding a denim jacket or blazer, lace up flats and a fun backpack. I’ve pulled my favorite fall accessories that would pair well with it for you below.

I just got back from a quick trip to New York. I flew out Thursday night to cover bridal fashion week with The Knot, which was such an amazing experience! We lucked out with perfect weather and were really able to enjoy the city between shows. I planned on wearing this dress to dinner Saturday but ended up changing last minute because I was actually a little warm in it! Crazy, right?!
