Two piece sets are the gift that keeps giving. You get two outfits in one! This one is especially cool because I have a weakness for blue and white stripes. I was organizing my closet last weekend and realized I have like 6 blue and white striped button downs. All different, of course. I mean, if loving blue and white stripes is wrong, I don’t wanna be right.
Because this top is a longer crop top it will mix well with so many things! I can already see myself wearing it with white shorts to the beach and maybe with some high-waited flares to work. If I can do at least two different looks with the top and two with the skirt – I can get five outfits out of this set. Money well spent.
Happy Thursday – thanks for reading!
I love finding ones with unique details like the slit on this striped maxi dress. There are so many great ways you can stand out just by wearing a dress.
Hope you have a great Monday – thanks for reading!
Since it’s the first full week of August, fall fashion is creeping into our heads. But, ugh, it just feels too soon! I’m still enjoying my summer and don’t want to retire my gladiators and tkees anytime soon, but I want to be prepared for a shift in a month or two. Here are my five favorite shoes that will take you from late summer to late fall and even beyond.
Sometimes it’s fun to wear one pattern and color scheme in three different pieces head to toe… even if they don’t “match.” I love that these high- waisted pants are vertical striped – it helps to lengthen my short legs. I played up the stripes and had fun mixing and matching with the two other pieces. Sometimes more is more. TGIF!
