One of our favorite things to do in the evening is drive down to the beach and watch the sunset with a picnic. We’re so lucky to only live a few miles away and try to take advantage of this as much as possible.

This round blanket was the perfect addition for our last picnic and it paired pretty well with my off the shoulder top. A trend I just can’t get enough of right now!

I’m all about pom poms right now. How cute are these sandals? They’re priced so well at $40 which is great for a trendy item. I don’t know about you but I don’t like to spend a lot on such trendy pieces.

These are so versatile I’ve already worn them a few different ways, like with overalls to brunch last weekend. But here I pulled out their red and blue with this romper and my Celine bag and was ready to go!

Off-the-shoulder tops and dresses are everywhere right now and I’m loving them! They’re the perfect trend to take you though spring and summer because they’re so versatile. You can wear them just as much now as you can when the weather heats up and style them so many different ways!

These fringe heels have been a staple in my wardrobe since last fall. I even have a pair in nude. But I’m crushing on flat fringe sandals…. this pair is a great neutral, this pair is so fun and I love the mixed metallics in this pair. continue reading

Years ago a friend who also works in fashion gave me wise advice. She said never get rid of jeans when they so-called “go out of style,” because they end up coming around again. I guess that’s true for all trends, but it seems the turn-over rate for denim is much quicker.

Case in point – flares. I’ve had my two favorite pairs for 6+ years! They’re pieces that have survived closet purges because they still fit and I know I’ll get more wear out of them. Each time this trend comes around I find new styles I love just as much. This one is at the top of my list and I’m loving the colors of this pair and this pair. continue reading
