Since becoming a mom earlier this year I’ve been introduced to a whole new world of products I never would have thought about pre-baby. I feel so lucky to be a mom in 2017 because there are so many helpful items and resources that didn’t exist even a few years ago. I was so excited when BabbleBoxx sent me a box stuffed with new-to-me items to try out on Crosby (and a couple for myself too!) and couldn’t wait to share.

Mustela Hydra Bebe Body Lotion – Jeff generally takes charge of bath time and I come in once Crosby’s clean to dry her off and apply lotion. Mustela is a brand I’ve grown to trust because it’s hypoallergenic and natural, and said to preserve a baby’s cellular richness of their skin. Baby’s have really sensitive skin and I always want to make sure we’re using the most gentle products on it. Plus Mustela products smell amazing!

Lands End Diaper Bag – A practical diaper bag is a must in every baby registry. I have a few different ones that I love to switch out depending on what I’m wearing. I love the navy and white colors on this one and think it’s super practical size-wise. Plus, it’s a good option for Jeff to use when he takes Crosby out alone.

Osh Kosh Baby B’Gosh Baby Clothes – Obviously a baby has to wear clothes so they may as well be cute! I love this adorable sweater set and coordinating onesie. It’s the perfect fall outfit, did you see the ears on the hoodie? Obsessed. Osh Kosh now has sizes that go up to 5T!

Vichy Mineral 89 – I’m a major product junkie so I’m really excited about this one! I’ve heard amazing things about Vichy but this is the first time I’m trying it. This serum is super refreshing and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It’s perfect for new moms because it actually helps you to look less stressed and fatigued.

Mumbrella – OK, where was this 6 months ago? I can’t tell you how many time I’ve taken Crosby on a walk and spent the whole time trying to shade her from the sun. I’ve tried stroller blankets and covers but they’ve either left her too hot or don’t stay on. I know we’ll be getting so much use out of this… especially since we live in Southern California.

Playtex Nursing Bra – When it comes to nursing bras it can be hard to find one that works for you. My advise it to buy a few before baby and see which works best for you once baby is here. It’s something you won’t want to be scrambling to find once baby is born. This one from Playtex checks all the boxes. It’s supportive, comfortable and easy to use.

Boudreaux’s Butt Paste – Oh butt paste, a product I never dreamed I’d be writing about on my blog, but here I am. Obviously babies live in diapers which means they’re prone to diaper rash. When your baby is uncomfortable you’ll do just about anything to fix it. i.e. drive to CVS at midnight to find a diaper rash cream. Save yourself a trip and some sleep and order this one that’s Pediatrician recommended.

Hope you have a great week – thanks for reading!
