The last time I had anywhere to wear a cocktail dress was the weekend before the world shut down in 2020. There seemed to be a lot more of those occasions in the pre-COVID days. Now that it’s been over a year and a half I’m a little rusty when it comes to shopping for party dresses but have a couple events on the calendar this fall (COVID willing) and started to peek around to see what I could find.
