I think road trips are more fun as adults. When I was a kid I wasn’t really a fan of sitting in a car for hours, only stopping for the occasional meal or bathroom break. But now that I’m an adult, Jeff and I love breaking up a long car ride with stops and places we want to see. This past weekend we did just that. We headed up the coast to visit some friends and stopped whenever we felt like it.
Our first stop was Santa Barbara and the weather could not have been more perfect. I layered this white dress with my denim jacket but ended up taking it off because it was such a beautiful day. Whenever I’m in the car (or airplane) for a long time I like to bring a hat in case my hair gets too crazy. This one was the perfect balance to my springy white dress.
