A striped top with a built in statement necklace? It was love at first sight when I spotted this top and have not stopped wearing it. Because it already has the statement bling I skipped out on anything else aside from studs and my rings. I love the way the top looks here with jeans but it will also be an asset for holiday party season with a skirt and tights.
