Monograms are a huge weakness for me. It really doesn’t matter what the item is, if it’s monogrammed, I want it! However, since getting married a few years ago I’m always a little lost on which letters I should use. Middle name? Maiden name? Or just AJ? I’ve actually done it all three ways which is probably super confusing, but I like to have options. With this bag I went with my middle name, which is Constance (my mom’s name) if you’re curious.

I’ve had this dress for way too long without wearing it. I almost wore it to a baby shower but decided at the last-minute to wear something else. But I knew I had to get it photographed while I’m still pregnant. It’s not maternity but another one of those tight, stretchy, affordable (under $20!) pieces you don’t mind buying when you have a bump. And if it gets a little stretched out, no big deal.

Ughhh… Monday. No matter how much you do or don’t sleep on Sunday nights, it’s a brutal wake up call come Monday’s alarm. The only thing that makes it easier (for me, at least) is when I have a cute outfit ready layed out ready to put on. This dress definitely falls into that category and it’s so versatile. We’re in the middle of another summer heat wave and I’ve been trying to keep my style low-maintenance lately. That means lots of light pieces and this floral maxi dress is perfect for beating the heat. I’ve been on board with the off-the-shoulder trend for a few seasons but I think this one is my first OTS maxi dress. I love how feminine it is and that it looks much more lux than it’s $28 price tag. I mean, that’s less than it costs to fill my car up with gas. continue reading
