There are few things I like more than a crisp white top. I spotted this peplum number at H&M Saturday and passed it up before returning to the store to purchase it. I’m so glad I did; it works right now in the cold and will easily transition to spring and summer with skirts and shorts. And we all know I love pieces that work all year round.
