Baby Leopard Costume

Happy Monday! Getting a later start today with this post but wanted to share the cutest little leopard… in case you didn’t see it on instagram yesterday. This costume was actually Crosby’s two years ago. She wore it when she made her TV debut with Jeff on Access Hollywood Live, in their kid’s Halloween costume parade.

on me: necklace, similar cardigan (here and here), similar shirt, jeans, similar mules, lip color

on Wilder: leopard costume, shoes

How to Travel with a Toddler & Not Lose Your Mind

We did a little getaway to Big Bear this past weekend and had so much fun. Our friends have a cabin up there and we’re lucky to visit at least once a year. We’ve been going since Crosby was just a little older than Wilder… you can see my post from two years ago here. I was pretty anxious to travel with the kids right now so  I went in with really low expectations for their sleep and was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to share the gear we brought that helped.

on me: sweatshirt, joggers, similar slides

on Wilder: onesie c/o, beanie, shoes c/o

on Crosby: sweatshirt, c/o, leggings, similar shoes

Toddler Room Organization

Last week on instagram I shared a few pieces we have in Crosby’s room to keep it organized and I got a lot of questions so I thought it could be an interesting blog post. It all started when we moved Crosby into her new room a couple of months before Wilder was born. We wanted the nursery to be the room closest to ours. It was a relatively seamless transition and we were glad to have it done and have her comfortable with her new room before Wilder was born.

All About SNOO

Time is seriously flying! Wilder will be 4 months old this weekend. Howwww? It’s so strange that he’s no longer considered a newborn. I wanted to share our experience with the bassinet we’ve used since he came home from the hospital. For those not familiar with the SNOO, it’s a smart sleeper that was created by Dr. Harvey Karp who wrote “Happiest Baby on the Block” and created the 5S’s: swaddle, side-stomach position, shush, swing and suck. We swore by the 5S’s with Crosby and were so excited to implement them with Wilder and use this bassinet.
