Saturday this little pumpkin turned 7 months old! Every month has gone by faster than the last since she’s been born and I know I’m going to blink and it will be her first Birthday. This is such a fun age! She started crawling pretty much the day she turned 6 months old and hasn’t stopped. Sometime I’ll put her on her mat in her room and turn my back to put her clothes away and the next thing I know she’s crawling down the hall. She loves to follow Mackie around and try to steal her toys. Poor Mackie.

As of last month she’s no longer sleeping in our room. We moved her crib back into her room and it was a really seamless transition. It’s also only one room away, so we never freaked out. Plus we have a monitor and Owlet to track her every breath – literally.

And she is finally starting to grow out of most of her 0-3 month clothes. Although a few newborn sized things still fit! Unfortunately she has a bunch of really summery 3-6 month clothes that she’ll probably never get to wear – unless it’s acceptable to wear a yellow and white gingham dress with uggs and a jacket?

As always, I’m linking our favorites from the month below.

Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair – This high chair came highly recommended and now I know why. Unlike lots of high chairs it’s pretty minimal with its Scandinavian design and doesn’t stick out as an obvious baby item. Plus the leg height is adjustable – so it can really grow with the baby. We started putting her in this chair last month when we feed her and she loves being at the same height as the table.

For this high chair you also need the infant seat, cushion and tray.

Speaking of food, Crosby is all about vegetables. Probably because that’s all she’s had! Our Pediatrician suggested introducing her to green veggies first, followed by orange ones that are sweater before we move on to fruit. His reasoning was if she starts out eating something sweet it might be hard to get into veggies. She’s had peas, green beans, spinach, potato, butternut squash, carrots and a tiny bit of avocado. Our favorite baby foods are Earth’s Best and Gerber.

Copper Pearl Bibs – Sticking with the feeding theme… these are my favorite bibs. When we first starting giving her food we were using plastic bibs but they were getting in the way/distracting her. These cotton bandana bibs are perfect and can easily be thrown in the wash.

Bambo Nature Diapers – I’m a broken record with these diapers (and skin care line), because they’re my absolute favorite. I’ve tried other brands and have never had a great experience. I love how natural and gentle these are but they’re still really absorbent.

Favorite books – Night Night California, The Wonderful Things You Will Be, Dear Zoo, Goodnight Moon

Lil’ Lemons – The cutest baby clothes. Crosby has this romper and it’s so pretty on her! Their baby boy stuff is darling too. You can get 20% off with code ASHLEYT

Thank you so much for reading! I love getting doing these updates to save for the future!
