Happy 2017! With the new year come all kinds of fitness and wellness goals and with that comes new activewear. Or at least that’s how I see it. 🙂 Now that I’m in the third trimester I’m trying to make better health decisions. I have to admit, the first two trimesters I was eating whatever baby I wanted, which was definitely not the most balanced diet, consisting of lots of carbs and sugar. Live and learn, right? I’m also trying to be a little more active. There’s not much I can do workout wise at this point, but getting out and going for short walks everyday is something I’m trying to do more. I have much more energy throughout the day when I do and I know it’s better for mine and baby’s health in the long run.
This Reebok outfit was the perfect look to wear to start the year. We woke up early on New Year’s Day and went for a walk on Balboa Island. It was chilly out but I stayed warm in this zip up jacket that has my favorite detail… thumb holes. All long sleeve things should have them, am I right?
