Happy April! I can’t believe it’s baby month! I’m due exactly two weeks from today, so it could happen any minute now. Insane! I keep thinking how Crosby was born 11 days early and wondering if baby brother will follow suit. I’m fine with him taking another week or so. Anyway, we’ve been having the best spring weather. I went back for this dress in yellow and am so happy I did.

Happy Friday! I wrote this post yesterday and found myself not knowing what day it was… then I realized it was practically the weekend and got so excited. I guess I just lost track of days this week!
If you follow any influencers on Instagram, I’m sure you’ve seen them wearing hair clips. They are back in a big way! These little barrettes totally take me back and remind me of my junior high days… but like any trend that makes it’s way back, they’re much chicer now.

Well I’ve officially made it to 36 weeks pregnant which is considered 9 months! I still have about three and a half weeks before my official due date and I’m not so secretly hoping he stays in as long as possible. Just not too much over, ok? It’s been awhile since I gave a pregnancy update… and with the days dwindling by I figured it’s time!

Spring is my favorite season overall and to dress for. There’s just something so refreshing about spring clothing… especially after the long winter that we had this year. I’m not currently buying a lot of spring clothing just yet (because 9 months pregnant), but I’m definitely doing a fair amount of browsing and picking up things I know will work now and in a couple months (ie bags, hats and shoes). I wanted to share what’s on my spring radar.

Forever 21 has been my favorite place to buy clothes during both of my pregnancies. Whenever I’m in a rut I go there and always find plenty of non-maternity options that work on my big old bump. Their stretchy dresses are everything. I popped in last week and came out with a bunch of new things I wanted to share. The best part is they work both with and without a baby bump!

We did it! We moved Crosby into her new bedroom over the weekend… so far, so good… or about as good as can be expected while she’s teething and going through a sleep regression. No one is getting a full night’s rest around here these days. Now that we have less than seven weeks until baby boy is due, it’s crunch time to get the nursery ready. I wore this outfit on Sunday when we officially made the room switch, snapped a mirror selfie and got so many questions about where my overalls and other pieces were from, I knew I had to shoot it for a blog post.

Happy Monday! We had the best weather over the weekend, it was sunny and 75 both days! We tried to take advantage of it before the rain comes again by spending as much time outside as possible. On Saturday Crosby and I wore our matching denim overall dresses for an afternoon playing in our backyard.

You can never have too many white dresses in spring and summer. This one was especially fun to wear to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. The three tiers made me feel like a chic wedding cake!
