Happy Friday, friends! I’m slowing turning into a flower child over here one flower post at a time…

I wasn’t kidding when I said I packed an outfit change for the visit to the flower fields. I’m the queen of changing in the car these days. I knew this dress would be pretty there and I hadn’t had a chance to shoot it for the blog yet so it was an easy choice. It’s only $27 and comes in two other colors. I’m not usually a purple person, but this lavender is SO pretty! Size wise it runs a little big… I’m wearing a small and had to do some minor alterations. What a weekend! I think I’ll be recovering from Crosby’s Birthday party for the next month. Kid’s parties are no joke! I posted some photos on my IG story over the weekend and got a lot of questions on where everything was from so I wanted to get a post up with some of my favorite details.

Merry Christmas! I wish I could send every one of you a Christmas card… but since I can’t I figured I should at least post it.

Today’s outfit is a mix and match jumble of some of my current favorites for a more casua,l but still festive, look. I was thinking something like this would be really easy to re-create with items from your own closet. A cute top, comfy cardigan and high-waisted jeans are my go-to’s when I want to look put together without much effort.
