June is usually pretty gloomy, but it’s been an abnormally long month of gloom around here. I think we’ve only seen the sun a handful of times. We are more than ready for some warmth and sunshine right now, but that didn’t stop us from heading out on a friend’s boat last night.

Happy Monday! It’s the first full week of summer and it’s my birthday… both call for a celebration. Or a spritz. Speaking of… how cute are these mommy and me matching sweaters Crosby and I got from Show Me Your Mumu? They just released a match your mama line that’s beyond adorable. I want everything. 🙂

A couple of months ago Jeff and I were lounging playing with the kids in the backyard and both decided we wanted to make a few changes. Our outdoor dining table had been with us since we lived in our rental house and gotten a lot of use/weather over time. We decided a new table was the perfect place to start.

I love a good romper in the summer. They’re so comfortable! I always look for ones that can be dressed up or down to maximize wearing potential. I snagged this one last week and have already worn it a couple times. It checks all the boxes and also comes in black. I especially love that there are buttons down the whole front. It’s perfect for nursing and can also be worn more like a playsuit with a top underneath.

When I was pregnant with Crosby I was pretty clueless on what exactly I’d need for her. So when it came time to register I asked my friends who had babies and were pregnant what I needed. That resulted in the longest list ever and I thought just because their babies were liking something it was an obvious choice to get it. Boy was I wrong! Once she was born I quickly learned all babies are different… and while it’s mostly trial and error to figure out what your baby will like, there are some products I swear by. Today I want to share my tried and true baby registry picks.

I’m all about convenience these days… going out with a newborn + a toddler and dealing with getting in and out of the stroller, car seats, carts, etc is a big ordeal. I save that for when I want to get us out of the house, more than when we actually need something. Which brings me to Amazon

Today Wilder is two months old. Crazy how fast time moves, even when you’re sleep deprived. Ha! But in all honesty, he’s such a good baby. He really only cries when he’s hungry… so about …
Today I’m sharing photos of Wilder’s nursery. You may remember me talking about the whole process… we moved Crosby out of this room into her new room a couple months before Wilder was born so Wilder could be in the room closest to ours.

In the summer I always gravitate towards white dresses. They’re my favorite thing to wear when it’s warm and I love how versatile they are. I got started a little early this year when I found this pretty white eyelet dress from TEXTILE at Walmart.
