Last Minute Easter Basket Ideas

This is really the first year I’ve planned Easter baskets for the kids. I remember last year during the start of the pandemic all stores were closed and everything was in such a high demand hardly anything was even shipping. I’m not sure what I put in their baskets, but I’m also confident they’ll never remember. It really doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. I wanted to share some last minute Easter basket ideas that will be here before Sunday if you’re scrambling.

Spring Things I’m Loving

Happy Thursday! I’m coming to you today from the couch with a kid who’s home not feeling good so we’re taking it a little slower and watching a little more tv than normal. It’s cold and gloomy outside so at least we’re not missing much. I can’t believe we’re heading into April next week… if only our weather would fully get on board with spring. I’ve been craving all things rainbow and pastel lately and pulled together my recent favorite spring finds.

Family Easter Outfit Inspiration

I’m especially excited for Easter this year and it’s hard to believe it’s just a few weeks away! Last year we were only a few weeks into the lockdown and spent a gloomy and cold Easter at home. This year we already have a few egg hunts on the calendar and some other fun Easter activities to look forward to. I’ve been thinking about what we’ll wear and put together a rundown of dresses I’m loving for me, for Crosby and shirts for Wilder too.

Spring Sandals Trends

Now that it’s mid-March I’m ready for the weather to warm up and to wear all my favorite spring things! I love the shift of seasons and the start of spring is always one of my favorites. Lately I’ve been going through my closet, purging what I no longer wear and trying to take note of any gaps to fill. I recently went through my sandals and wanted to share some spring trends I’m loving right now.

Crosby’s 4th Birthday

On Sunday Crosby turned four and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. Four suddenly feels old… so much older than three. She’s no longer considered a toddler, now a preschooler. Her Birthday also marks one year since Covid completely changed our world. One year of restrictions and adapting to a new normal. The second year in a row without friends at her Birthday party after we cancelled her party last year one day before when the world was shutting down. Kids are so resilient… she’s been amazing through it all and will only come out stronger. We were able to have a little celebration with family and I want to share the details from that.
