Another look from Palm Springs last week. In the evenings we got a little dressed up for fun… and because we weren’t chasing a toddler and carrying a baby around! #parentsgonewild I found this cute black and white daisy print dress at Forever 21 and thought it would be fun to wear with this red bag for a pop of color.

Loading two kids in and out of the car running errands is so exhausting. I’ve learned to be really choosy about the errands we run. One thing I learned from motherhood early on, was to do any hack to make it easier. My #1 tip is Walmart’s Next Day Delivery. I really don’t know how anyone was a mom before 2019 when you an get just about anything delivered to your doorstep.

When I was shopping for strollers almost three years ago when I was pregnant with Crosby the UPPAbaby Vista stood out for so many reasons. But one huge reason was it was a stroller that was able to grow with your family. I loved using it with just Crosby (you can see my first review here), but now that we have Wilder it’s perfect for both kids… and can be used several different ways.

I’m still holding strong onto my summer wardrobe. I feel like it’s really just beginning here so don’t expect me to dip into fall just yet. At least not until I get sick of dressing like this. 🙂 Last week in Palm Springs I wore this new Tularosa romper that’s on major sale right now. There are usually amazing sales at the end of a season and this is marked down to $35. Such a steal!

I feel like the majority of my content lately has been baby and kid focused. Which is honestly my life right now and it’s easy to get consumed by it sometimes. But I swear I’m still into fashion, trends and finding great deals on both! Today I want to share some things I’m loving right now.

Last week on instagram I shared a few pieces we have in Crosby’s room to keep it organized and I got a lot of questions so I thought it could be an interesting blog post. It all started when we moved Crosby into her new room a couple of months before Wilder was born. We wanted the nursery to be the room closest to ours. It was a relatively seamless transition and we were glad to have it done and have her comfortable with her new room before Wilder was born.

I can never pass up a mommy and me matching moment and had some fun with these leopard looks. I love leopard all year round, but think it’s also great to start to transition to fall. It will still be warm here the next few months but I start incorporating darker colors and different prints into our wardrobe this time of year to ease our way into fall.

Time is seriously flying! Wilder will be 4 months old this weekend. Howwww? It’s so strange that he’s no longer considered a newborn. I wanted to share our experience with the bassinet we’ve used since he came home from the hospital. For those not familiar with the SNOO, it’s a smart sleeper that was created by Dr. Harvey Karp who wrote “Happiest Baby on the Block” and created the 5S’s: swaddle, side-stomach position, shush, swing and suck. We swore by the 5S’s with Crosby and were so excited to implement them with Wilder and use this bassinet.

It’s the first week of August which means fall fashion is being shoved down our throats every time we go shopping. I’m still in total summer mode and paying absolutely no attention to anything even remotely fall like yet. Do you want to know what I am paying attention to? Amazing markdowns on summer stuff. Today I want to share my favorite summer dresses that are all discounted. Because, you know it’s going to be warm until at least October.
